don't fart

I was having an interesting conversation with a friend the other day.  She was designing a house to be carbon neutral and her teacher had her see her carbon footprint.  He then suggested that in one year it be cut in half, and in ten years it be down to zero.  We both agreed this sounded like a good plan.  We are carbon producing creatures that should be stopped!  But we both agreed zero was a little far.  She then said: "I mean, we couldn't even fart!"  It is true, isn't it?  We produce CO2 just from breathing in and out.  So to live a truly no carbon life, well, you wouldn't be able to live.  (I give you permission to fart.)
